I have been intrigued by the cuddly hand-made play dolls that I have seen on flickr recently. They are called Waldorf dolls. I know that some homeschooling parents, others too, as well as parents with children in Waldorf schools recognize the value of well made toys. Because I love children and enjoy sewing and creating dolls, I decided to make a few of this style doll. It has been a very satisfying endeavor! Here are some of my dolls.

Molly! Your dolls are wonderful! OMGosh! I have that Holly Hobbie doll pattern too! She was my favorite! I made little finger puppets of her.

The Izannah Walker doll is very good! I don't know that doll but I can still appreciate it.
